Cigarettes are going up about $1 on Monday. I say again - what the hell? Can nothing else be taxed? I KNOW I could quit smoking, but that's not the point. Smokers are being denied the right to express themselves and the pursuit of nicotine. Really I am so sick of this moral legislation.
